Remind Patients Remind Patients sends a text message or phone call to patients to remind them of their appointments, which can reduce the number of patients who do not attend. The system is completely free of charge: no charge for training, for installation and no annual support charge. A hospital would simply pay for each reminder message it sends (subject to a minimum annual spend). Remind Patients can be setup to interface with a hospital's patient-administration system and to read patient and appointment data live from it.
