Registration desk
promotional loop

Advertising
Registration has the facility to offer exhibitors advertising at
each registration desk.
Twin-screen concept
Two screens are used at each registration point, one for the
registration clerk, the other to display the badge to the
visitor. It is this second screen, when not displaying the
visitor's badge that can be utilised to run a promotional loop.
The Loop
Each advertisement can run for 5, 10, or 15 seconds and is
priced accordingly, with a maximum of 3 x 5 seconds for any one
customer. A loop normally runs for 3 minutes and would consist
of a maximum of 36 adverts.
The promotional loop is
interrupted to display each badge to the visitor prior to
printing. Typically the interruption is for less than 5 seconds,
before the promotion loop continues.
System flexibility
A different promotional loop can be run from the registration
desk at Hall A to the registration desk at Hall D, In effect,
the options are endless.
