Press registration
Registration and entry to
the HC conference and exhibitions is free to bona fide members of
the Press.
Pre-registration entitles you to:
- Your advance copy of the HC Guide — the complete, detailed
directory of the HC conference and exhibition.
- Before 1 March: fast-track entrance to the exhibition; your press
badge is mailed to you in advance.
- After 1 March you will be able to pick up your Press Badge and
HC Guide from the Press Office onsite.
HC Press office
The Press Office at HC is
located on the Mezzanine floor of the Conference Centre (see
venue plan). It is equipped with PCs, fax, Internet access and has a supply of
light refreshments (for registered members of the press only).
Submitting press releases
Conference session organisers and exhibitors are invited to send
their press releases mentioning HC as text (text, doc or rtf) by email only, with the subject as: "HC press release". Send

Please note that we cannot guarantee to place every press
release due to time constraints. Priority will be given to conference
sessions and new product
launches, and 'first come first served'.
